Nancy R. Wagner, Esq.

I'm Nancy Wagner, owner of this practice which I founded after an almost 20-year legal career.  My passion and the focus of my practice is estate planning and probate law.

I am a 1995 graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Law.  After graduating, I practiced litigation in the Washington, DC, office of Fried Frank, handling a variety of government contracts litigation and counseling matters as well as white collar criminal defense and investigation.   In 1999, I joined Experience Works, Inc., of Arlington, VA, as Associate General Counsel and assisted this $100M non-profit with its goal of providing job training for senior citizens across the nation.  

In 2000, I returned to Cincinnati and joined GE Aviation, as in-house counsel. My role took  me across the globe, with a primary focus in the markets of UK, Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

I launched this private practice in early 2012.  When my dad died in 2014, it prompted me to focus my practice on estate planning and probate where I utilize my diverse experience, discipline and creative problem-solving in assisting my clients. 

I'm more than just an estate planning attorney -- I'm a neighbor, volunteer and parent in our community.  My children attend Mason High School (and play in the marching band - trombone and color guard!), and you'll find me in the stands cheering them on at football games and in competition.  I also volunteer my time fundraising for the band.  I shop here in Mason, I eat at our local restaurants, and walk in our local parks.  

These everyday connections fuel my passion for helping families plan for the future with clarity and compassion.  I understand the value of preserving what matters most, because I'm doing the same for my own family.
